Kheng Lian Ho is a General Partner at Turn Capital.

Before Turn Capital, she founded the Kollective Group, a premier tech investment, advisory and acquisition firm. She has invested in and/or advised top companies globally, including SpaceX, Coffee Meets Bagel, 17 Live, Shopback and Vertex Venture.

She also co-founded Open Circles, a retreat and conference business serving a curated community of investors, entrepreneurs, creatives and NGOs, who come together to solve global problems. She led retreats in Bali and Mongolia; and organised a youth entrepreneurship conference/festival in Singapore with the Singapore National Youth Council and Singapore Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
 
Additionally, she has 6 years of experience as a restructuring and cross-border litigation lawyer in Singapore and Hong Kong; and is also a recognised Young Leader of the Milken Institute and Exco of the Cartier Red Club.
